RECOVERY

Recovery Sessions are a great way to decrease your risk of injury or help your body recover from a physically stressful week that led to muscular tension, general soreness, or tightness. Whether your body needs a tune-up or more serious care, these sessions will allow you to be proactive with your physical health versus reactive! 


Reduce muscle tension, decrease soreness, improve circulation.  

Includes a brief assessment of your desired body area of treatment.
